So as I was driving to work today an idea sparked in my head. I personally hate slow drivers in the fast lane. It is the biggest pet peeve of mine in the whole world. So I came up with this idea.
MORE THAN 2 LANES ON HIGHWAY
If you are in the far right lane, which im only in if im merging on the highway or preparing to exit off, you can do the speed limit up to 5mph over the limit.
Every one else must be traveling over at least over 5mph over the speed limit.
FAST LANE USE: Traveling more than 10mph over speed limit.
FAST LANE COURTESY: If someone is coming up on you who is traveling faster, move over and let them pass.
2 LANE HIGHWAY
Right Lane- Speed limit to 15mph over (May go into fast lane to pass, but must get over immediately)
Fast Lane - 15mph over the speed limit

ROAD CREW's, POLICE, MOTORIST ASSIST, TOW TRUCK's, BROKEN DOWN CARS/18 WHEELERS WITH HAZARD/EMERGENCY LIGHTS ON (on shoulder of highway)
MOVE OVER A LANE FOR THIER SAFETY!----SLOW DOWN IF NEEDED!
Nothing pisses me off more than a person who doesnt move over a lane for the people I mentioned above. You are indangering the lives of those people.
